Hi, I was recently advised to re-install win mellium from my disk which I did, this was supposedly to restore damaged files, which prevented me from shutting down my system, I followed the instructions to the letter, re installed windows millennium but the reinstallation froze on Plug and play activation. Now every time I try and continue or stop or do anything my system returns to the same point and freezes on plug and play... Can anyone tell me whats wrong, what to do , how to fix it ? The same people that advised me to do this then wanted me to pay for them to fix the problem. please help, thanks ! Anthony
