At startup I get a the following message: "Failure to Initialize: 0 x 800106ba Windows Defender Service. Restart computer go to help". I have tried to restore to an earlier date: Dec. 26 and it did not help. I have no idea what this is or where it came from but would like to eliminate it. Can someone advise me?

I deleted most of my startup programs and one of them must have been causing the problem since the problem is now gone.
