Hello
So i have very major problem that i need to resolve.
A week ago, my brother downloaded a album and through that window antivirus pro infected my computer...i downloaded malwarebytes to remove the program and it did but not FULLY...i had my computer off for two days in the beginning of this week and day before yesterday i returned to it...
What i found was that window antivirus was back and causing damage to my system as malwarebytes was not able to deleate it when i tried running it.

Next, i downloaded Spyware doctor and opened a removal page (www.2-viruses.com/remove-windows-antivirus-pro) and i followed t he steps to manually remove the reg keys...and files ...but in the end i was not able to deleate the dddesot.dll, svchast.exe and the files for these programs....
heres a pic of my most current spyware doctor scan

Now the main promblems:
1. i cannot access my sytem32 folder where the main files are located to remove this virus...it gives me a black screen adn for some reason my itunes opens on my toolbar and then it disappears.
2. i think my system files are deleated or are being hidden as anything i try to open ...it gives me this command: "The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Option control panel."
But yet, i am able to open mozilla firefox to use internet...nothing else works excet spyware doctor...
next i tried downloading Quad Registry CLeaner but i cannot open it so i can run it...

So if anyone could help me with this problem ...i wouldgreatly appreciate it...

i cannot open anything from run command ...for ex)regedit, cmd, msconfig, even in safe mode it gives me a black screen when i try accessing system32 folder...

spyware doctor shows these as my main threats:
1. Startup program - C:\WINDOWS\wininit.ini,Rename c:\tempjunk4052.temp=C:\Programfiles\Netproject\scm.exe (i could not find netproject folder in program files, so where is this?)

2. File: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dddesot.dll
C:\WINDOWS\svchast.exe (these processes are not running when boot the comp)

one last thing i was manually able to deleate the key for unabling task manger...so it still works for ...however i saw unabling registry ...but i did not deleate that...and now i think i should have done that ....but

now i dont even have program files....so i need critical help

thanks in advance ...sorry for the long message ...

hi
thanks for helping me...okay so the problem with running RSIT...
i downloaded it like u said and i saved it in my documents as anything from my desktop does not work...
Once the setup file is downloaded ...i run the program and it gives me the launch application...then i choose the program from the my documents ...and it started running but then it stopped ...ill try it again...this has been happening with all my programs ...i have tried quad registry, hijack this, error fix, regcure and ATF cleaner (this worked)...the only applications that work are my mozilla firefox and spyware doctor adn microsoft office (through my start menu)...nothing from the desktop work ...it gives me this command: "The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Option control panel."
ill try running the program again ...by deleating it first and then downloading it again...

ok so i tried running RSIT several times...but it goes "running hijack this" to "performing registry dump"...then the command (The file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Option control panel.") window pops up and the RSIT is closed down...so what do you suggest now?

The infection has messed with your file associations is why nothing will run, lets try what is below. Then try RSIT again.

Download SREng
 • Extract it to Desktop and double click SREngLdr.exe to run it
 • Select System Repair from the left pane.
 • Click on File Association
 • Select all entries that has an Error status click [Repair]
 • Refer to this image for an example:

 • In your case, it would be .exe
 • Close SREng now.

It is the .exe that has been corrupted. Please read what I have written about renaming, important step.

Download and run Combofix
This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.
ComboFix SHOULD NOT be used unless requested by a forum helper

Please download ComboFix from the below location:

Link

* IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

********WHEN YOU SAVE IT, RENAME IT AND SAVE IT AS HITME.COM (remove the .exe)********

 • Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools.
 • If you need help to disable your protection programs see here.
 • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
 • As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
 • Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.
**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it will produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

If you need help, see this link:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Let me know what happens and post the re named Combofix log if all goes well

what is happening ???
Infection is what is happening. You might have to consider a re-format and re-install of the operating system. In the long run it might be
your best option. Also, you said you had a play in the registry which is a very dangerous thing to do. At this stage we have no idea of what changes have been made.

Ok one more try…

Download DDS

Download DDS from one of the below links and save it to your desktop.

Link2
 • Double click the tool to run it.
 • A black Screen will open, just read the contents and do nothing.
 • When the tool finishes it will open 2 reports.
 • Copy/paste both reports back here and remove DDS from your desktop.
