Anyone know if there is a way to keep stuff like icons in the memory. Every time I reboot, I have to wait (a little) for the icons to load. Great examples of waiting are when quickly going through the Start Menu's Favorites and Programs list. I also keep a large folder with shortcuts to my installed apps and they all have there own icon. Wouldn't it be great if there is a program that could either keep the icons in memory or at least load all the icons into the memory while booting (even if if would slow the boot process (a little).
