Windows 98 keeps shutting down/himem.sys is missing

:( Hello, I have a Windows 98 SE computer that keeps shutting down when starting up- It says himem.sys is missing- I do not have a boot disk Please help!!!

D/load boot disk from http://www.onecomputerguy.com/install/floppies.htm
Scroll down to Win 98 Boot floppy Image.
