Hello, I have a Windows 98 SE computer that keeps shutting down when starting up- It says himem.sys is missing- I do not have a boot disk Please help!!!

I do not have a floppy drive on the computer i am downloading on. I do have one on my broken computer

HI, can i somehow take my floppy drive from my 98 and install it on my xp and put the downloaded boot disk files on a floppy disk, then put the floppy drive back on my 98? the cdrom on my 98 wont work(it keeps opening and wont read a cd) please reply!!!
