I believe Microsoft on that point. Windows 7 itself uses less RAM than Vista (that's easily apparent when you start using it), and Microsoft will no doubt have worked very hard to continue that trend with the next incarnation.
As what have been presented in buildwindows, i do achieve the lower memory usage after machine been idle for 6hr +. It is just a matter on how the operating system behave. I am looking forward for the new product. No one ever brags about having a 5,000 square foot house with just one kitchen chair and a rug. Why are people so eager to have a bazillion jiggabytes of available RAM?
That's an excellent analogy, DH.......may have to 'liberate' that one in the future.......No one ever brags about having a 5,000 square foot house with just one kitchen chair and a rug. Why are people so eager to have a bazillion jiggabytes of available RAM?
Memory, maybe...but it doesn't seem to run as well as 7 on older hardware.Hi Guys,
What is your thought on the Microsoft Comment relate to the Memory Usage is lower in Windows 8 compare to windows 7?
I have read the buildwindows and the article is the summary of what have been present.
