Hey guys, I have an issue with a Win 2000 machine. It is networked and has novel client installed... when we go to log onto novel it accepts the password but then wants a windows administrator password that is supposed to by empty with no password set. Apparently some user set a password and so now we cannot log on to this computer because we have no idea what the windows password is. Is there a way to bypass this or reset the password? CMOS maybe?

Please let me know what you can...

There is a utility for resetting / changing NT based os passwords; however a mod needs to look at this thread and ok posting a link or instructions for resetting passwords.
