Hi,
I have a windows 2000 machine and running Norton antivirus 2004 and spybot search and destroy. Recently I can not run either program. My system freezes on both when scanning winnt\i386 cache\driver.cab files. Any suggestions how to fix this?

I think it would be a good idea to post your Hijack This log. I see you have done so in the past so I assume no instructions are needed. There could be some viral activity that may be responsible for this problem.
