Hello. As the tittle tells my win 10 started running slowly.

The problem occured after getting back new mobo from warranty. Since Ethernet port didn't work, sent it for repairs and got it replaced by new one same model.

PC specs are :
Msi 970 gaming mobo
Msi gtx 1050 gpu
AMD fx 8350 eight core cpu
SSD Samsung EVO 256gb
6gb of old ram

Shortly about problem. Before sending it for repairs pc were running fine. After getting it back and asembling everything together I reinstalled Windows and tried running league of legends. It ran on 41fps at max graphics. Tried lowering graphics. Fps didn't increase. For some reason low graphics has the same fps as very high.

Overall pc seems to work a bit slower.

CPU and gpu temps seems to be normal.

Tried reseating everything. Doing test with gpu and CPU.
Gpu benchmark seemed to be normal. But CPU was like 3x lower then the one i expected after looking it up on the Internet.

Also did clean reinstall of gpu driver.

Check your BIOS settings, make sure are cores are enabled, also make sure you have the latest BIOS. Lastly, what CPU benchmarks are you running? Most are unreliable as in they take in to account too many factors that can affect score, but if you haven't yet try Cinebench and post your result. Also, userbenchmark.com is a good one to compare it to other systems like yours.

I used https://www.passmark.com/products/pt.htm this one for cpu benchmark. The score I got was ~3500.
I already had latest BIOS, but forgot to mention it... My bad.
Gonna check out if all cores are enabled in BIOS but I think all of them are on. Here some info:

It's stupid what a trivial thing caused it....
For people having same problem:

My mobo had switch on it "Slow Mode" and it was turned on I guess, that's what caused all problems. So just switch it off and it should solve Your problems :)
