Windows 10 forum

Agree with both. I just downloaded the 10 preview last night. Not sure how many others have done so. Wouldn't hurt to add the forum now?

I agree.

23% of users are still using Windows XP and posting a lot of threads, so it needs to retain its own section.

In any event, I don't see what that has to do with this thread, so let's stay on topic. I'll plan to add the new forum later this week unless I hear any objections. (Objections to the forum, not to the operating system. )
