I am using XP and i was wonering if it is posible for me to devide my window into 4 smaller window and do diffrent stuff at the same time. is it posible?

Here’s a little app called Deskman Powertoy. Install it and it’ll give you an option of 4 desktop that you can run simultaneously. Once it is installed right click on the taskbar \ Toolbars \ desktop Manager.

You probably mean something else, but, if I understand that you just want to see more than one running application at a time, simply resize the window for each program you're running so that they all fit the screen.
