Every time Windows starts I got the message
"The system has recovered from a serious error",
and Norton AntiVirus auto protect is disabled.

I'm including hijack log and error data.

If your computer is restarting on it own on a regular basses, it could be a number of things. It could be a heat issue, meaning your CPU or power supply fan is either slowed to a crawl or is dead. It could be your RAM, and worst of all it could be the motherboard itself. Meaning that a chip is shot or your capacitors are going.

First check your fans. Then run a diagnostic on your memory. Memtest86.

Then, if your comfortable, check the capacitors on the main board. They are little round cylinders on the board. If the top of the capacitor is rounded and not flat, and or bleeding from the top or bottom, the capacitor is going.

Lance.

I've just got the blue screen while trying to log off.

The error message is:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000354 (0x00000000 0x0000000)
The system has been shut down.
