It froze and restarted and I can't get it passed scanning g and repairing. It goes up every 10 percent like every 10 hours I just wanna know if it will actually eventually finish.

I had that problem too. I forced it shut off and restarted my computer and went to normal. Not sure if you may the same luck as I did.
