It will fit if your memory modules do not reach outside the RAM slots.
I wouldn't count on the 250W Hipro being enough for a 9600 GSO though.

Don't just put any "500W" PSU in it, buy a quality unit from Corsair, OCZ, PC Power & Cooling, Enermax, Seasonic etc...
400W is well enough, as long as it's good quality.

What " Presario SR5110NX" is it? Apparently, Compaq has recycled this model number? It should be about 1~2 years old... it shouldn't be a problem.

Here are some PSU choices:
PSU Silverstone 400 $50 ($35) Combo with CPU above: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256032
PSU 400w Seasonic $45 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151061
PSU 550w Corsair $93 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004
PSU 500w OCZ $60 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341012 (disregard rebate)

The OCZ would be fine... gives you some headroom if you get a bigger card. The 400watt Seasonic will do well too for medium class video cards.

DON'T throw away the original PSU. When it comes time to get another computer, you can use the NEW PSU in another case, and sell off your old one.

No, it's not, which the low price tells you instantly. (didn't check anything anywhere, I just remember it being one of the crappiest lot I've ever come across)
