Wifi Dropping when playing Games

I've had this problem for over 3 years now and have tried almost everything to fix it, upgraded my wifi speed, changed my router, changed my ethernet, but no matter what whenever i am playing a video game (examples = warframe, dead by daylight, call of duty, and many more online only games) my wifi has a random chance of shutting off for only my computer and for a max 15 seconds. it mainly happens when I am listening to music or watching a YouTube video/livestream on my second monitor whilst playing but often still happens either way. I've noticed that it seems to happen when I am using a lot of wifi, for example if im playing a game whilst downloading another game, or watching a livestream/livestreaming while playing a game.

That seems unlikely to me, but if it really happens the only causes I can think of are an obstacle or wireless interference that impacts only your computer and for a really short time.

Probably some part (e.g., wireless adapter, cpu, graphics card, memory, hard drive) is under-powered for your desired use.

what would you reccomend i try changing first? its not my harddrive bcs i have had this problem sense ive gotten the pc and i have moved windows onto a ssd sense then plus my game are installed across 3 different hard drives. and if its my cpu or gpu how would i know? how would you reccomend i test my wireless adapter. (i didnt mention this before but it might be helpful, this happens with and without ethernet connected to my pc but i prefer ethernet as its faster)

What happens? Maybe the problem is not the wireless network being turned off for your computer only, but rather your computer "freezing" for up to 15 seconds?

The Task Manager (Processes tab) may give hints of what resource is being most heavily taxed. But a problem like this that happens randomly and is short lived and self-corrects is very difficult to troubleshoot. At least, I don't know much about how to go about it if Task Manager does not help.
