I have a dual-boot system set up, booting Win XP and openSUSE 10.3. Before I upgraded to 10.3, it worked fine. No problems getting to the Internet. However, when I installed 10.3, I wasn't able to get there. I can get to my router (A DGL-4300, a gaming router by D-Link), but no further. Not even to my modem. Windows, however, works fine.

I'm sorry I can't give you any further details about my network card other than it is an NVIDIA nForce card, built into my EVGA nForce 590 motherboard.

How can I get my router to like Linux?

Have you checked ifconfig to see what your IP address settings are? Can you post that here for your Linux machine and then post ipconfig /all from your Windows computer. Are you sure that when you upgraded to 10.3 that it didn't install a restrictive firewall.
