We cannot answer this without more information. FWIW, none of these systems would strike me as a "gaming system" especially if you are wanting to play on anything besides low to medium graphics settings. What games do you want to play? At what resolutions?

Was just looking for a low-medium end gaming pc. This will be my first one as I'm getting rid of my consol
Go with the first one then as it has the best CPU.
CPU: Intel - Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus - H110-PLUS
Memory: Patriot - Signature Line 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR4-2400
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GT 1030 2GB
Power Supply: EVGA - 430W 80+ Certified
Font Pattern Rectangle Number Parallel

I'm not a hardware expert nor a gamer, but I'll throw in my 2 cents worth anyway.

You didn't say which games you want to play in your "low-medium end gaming pc", so it's unknown if this hardware will suffice and provide you with a quality gaming experience.

One thing you definitely need to do is add another 4 GB of DDR4 RAM and run it with 8 GB.
Adding 12 GB and running it with 16 GB is even better.
