couldn't find the lock bar option but I did notice that I didn't have quicklaunch checked under view. When I did it created a spot in which to move the icons. Odd thing is I can't drag them all the way over to the left right next to the start button but I think this is good enough.
where did my icons go?
on the task bar suddenly my quicklaunch icons on the bottom disappeared. First I don't know where or how they went but also how do I get them back? There was Outlook Express and IE and WMP and when I try to drag the shortcut nothing happens. I thought somehow there is a slider but the little handle down there doesn't seem to want to move to the right and none of the property settings give me any clues.
