for some reason when ever i try opening or running spyware doctor i keep geting error that says:

Cannot find import; DLL may be missing corrupt, or wrong version file "HHCTRL.OCX". error 126.

Plz help some one.

usually best to redownload the installer,save it ( unless u allready have) make sure you have your code,uninstall and reboot then reinstall,usually best to try this first
