what's the failure?

hi ,

i have a simple question. maybe someone can help me.you guys know everthing.
I need to send very important an email from an hotmail account to an aol account. everytime i get this:

Reporting-MTA: dns;hotmail.com
Received-From-MTA: dns;mail.hotmail.com
Arrival-Date: Mon, 22 Sep 2003 03:33:52 -0700

Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected]
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;500 SYNTAX ERROR, COMMAND UNRECOGNIZED
LINE BY ITSELF
HELP
ich


i tried it from different accounts. What's the matter?
i received from this account an email just two days ago.

I'm not really sure, but sometimes '500 Syntax error, command unrecognized' include errors such as command line too long. And for reasons I can not explain, I've noticed several AOL mail receit problems in the past 48 hours. I do not believe it is a problem with you or Hotmail; I think it is an AOL issue.

Does the person have another webmail account to try? Not much help, huh?
