For a a while now I have been seeing this when I am using my hotmai account:
We can't connect to Windows Live Hotmail right now. Please try again later
I usually ignore it and nothing happens. Now it is bugging me.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this? And BTW, the wording is on a yellow "banner" across the top of the opening window. As always, TIA.
