Do you have a VPN installed?
If yes you will find it is part of the VPN

Yes, it is part of the Aura antivirus suite I have. I'm considering getting rid of all of it and just using Windows 11's Defender and Creditialing apps.
I do like having the VPN on my iPhone though. Do you know if Apple has a free VPN?

Apple does not have a built-in VPN. That is a, free VPN. You would have to download a VPN from the App Store that is free.
