[Tacocaster]

I have connected a Linksys wireless router and I am wondering how to set up the WEP. Do I install both the router software and network card software (also Linksys) on my laptop or what? I'm slightly confused with this. I "installed" the router to my desktop downstairs and was unsure what to do from there. I am not setting up a network quite yet because I am not familiar enough with them.

Also I understand that WEP is fairly easy to break and I was wondering what other things can I do to protect my data sent over the wireless. I've got Norton System Works 04, so if anything in there will do it, let me know.
