Weird(!): When "Run or Open" window appears...

Hi there.
Another question for you lovely guys and gals!

When my partner right clicks on a download link, and the "Run from current location or Save to location" window with radio buttons appears, she used to select one of the options (Run or Save) then click ok.

Now all she has to do is click on the radio button (e.g. run) and the process begins automatically - i.e. no need to click "OK".

I wonder if this is linked to:

Any ideas or suggestions please guys?
