Want Internet Shortcut to open new window

Hello Everyone,

I have a shortcut to TSG on my quick launch toolbar and would like to set it up so when I click on it, it will open an new IE window. Right now if I open it, it will open in any active IE window that is already open.

I'm not looking for all links to open in a new window, just this one shortcut that I have on my quick launch toolbar.
