Every couple of hours, my newly installed W2003 server just shuts down. Messages in the event log are posted below.

Is there any way I can prevent this shutdown, without upgrading the computer to a domain controller ? (I have no interest in a domain, a workgroup is fine for me)

The W2003 server I installed is an official copy of the SBS version. I want to use it as a file/print server only. I'm not interested in the SBS applications, so I interrupted the install when W2003 was completely installed, but before the installation of IIS, exchange, ...
