VT automatically gets disabled every time i enable it in bios settings.

I recently downloaded gameloop tencent buddy to play pubg on pc. After installation it requires virtualization technology enabled in PC for 10x speed so i searched about and turned it on bios settings after turning it on re checked if it is successfully enabled or not and it shows DISABLED, i re enabled it like thousand times again and again but nothing worked and tencent gaming buddy always stucks at 98% while installing pubg. Also tried installing pubg after disabling anti virus.
PLEASE HELP

Are you saving the changes in the BIOS before you exit.

Side note, your computer does not meet even the minimum specs required to play PUBG so that may have something to do with it, confirm the required PUBG specs for yourself here
Yeah i do save the changes lol and i am talking about PUBG MOBILE on emulator not PUBG PC.XD

According to your log, you have THIS HP 15-ba138ca Notebook PC which was purchased in April 2017 and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

According to its support site, it came with these specs:
AMD A9-9410 APU 2.90 GHz dual core processor
8 GB(8 GB x 1) DDR4-2133 MHz RAM
1 TB(931 GB) SATA 5400 RPM hard disk drive
AMD Radeon R5 integrated graphics
Realtek high definition audio
802.11bgn wireless
10/100 Mbps ethernet

If it had a more powerful processor, I would suggest a few hardware upgrades to improve its speed and snappiness.

One thing you can do is get rid of Quick Heal Antivirus Pro and stick with Windows 10's built-in antivirus app.
Windows 10 can have various issues when using a third party antivirus app.
