my graphics card has a tv out .
on connecting my tv,the video is proper.
however the audio volume is VERY VERY LOW(I CAN RECIEVE THE AUDIO THOUGH)
their must be some setting to increase the volume which i am not able to locate.
i have kept the volume max in the normal volume control
must be some sound card volume setting for tv out(i guess)
my sound card:sound max3.0(on board the intel D850MD)

Try this, right click on the speaker in the systray and open the volume control. This will open up the various channels.

Now go to File and open up the properties.

Here you can add the different controls that can be used to chenge sound settings. I would suggest playback and make sure that they all are checked. Then try different levels on the various settings to see which one increases the volume.
