I am having trouble with VLC. In various parts of the movie (any movie) VLC has started going black. I would find that I had to close VLC restart and move it to where I was before. This happens from anywhere to every 5-20mins. It has just recently started doing this. Can anything be done about this problem? Thanks alot.

VLC is normally a trouble-free, reliable media player...
but, needless to say there seems to be a glitch in yours...
could be a corruption in one of it's files.

How about do a clean uninstall of the one you have and then a reinstall.

Download v0.8.6

If the problem persists, you could visit their Forums and do a Search or ask a question.

Edited: Ok tried that and it didnt work. Ill try the forum. Thanks for the help.
