Visual FoxPro Error Message

Hi. Im currently using a Visual Foxpro program made by our government for filing our taxes. An error message keeps popping up everytime I try to generate an Excel report (please see attached pic for reference). Im not entirely sure what the error means but so far I've tried uninstalling the program and re-installing it again to no avail. Other computers here in the office have the same program installed but they're not encountering the same problem. Ive already contacted the governments help desk regarding this issue but I have not received any response yet. We are using a 2013 version of Excel if that helps.
