[Dekkon]

Norton has deleted it numerous times. But it keeps coming back and gettting deleted automatically. I've done exzactly what norton's site says to do to fix it. Deleted registery entry's ect ect.. But it hasn't worked.

Does anyone know a solution to this? I'm unsure what to do...

I really need help in figuring out what to do... is there anything suspicous in my Hijackthis log?

There is nothing in your log. Where is Norton finding this? We need the exact location.

Unfortunatly it's been popping up in different loctations. I'll list them all from norton's reports. These have all been automatically deleted by norton's auto protection.

I'm beginning to think something else must be creating them... But i'm not sure...

Have you done a full system scan with Norton? If not you need to and I would recommend doing it in safe mode.

I just finished a full system scan with an up to date version of norton antivirus in safe mode. And like usal.. it found nothing.

I don't see a firewall running in your log. Do you have a firewall?

That would be my best guess as to how you keep getting re-infected.

Yeah i don't, that might be why I keep getting re-infected. But I play a lot of online games and found that firewalls usally mess them up.

What firewalls would you recommend?
