On the computer with Windows XP home edition: I keep getting error issues when I browse the internet. I have to refresh several times to get the page to load correctly.

Also when running antivirus I get a message saying that the MBR and Boot Sector are having read errors. I assume this means a virus in the boot sector and master boot record. Our Windows 98 computer also has a boot sector virus. The funny thing is...Our Dell computer has not been used in over a year, and neither computer has shared disks or hardware of any kind. My internet is also very sluggish and only saying 100 Mbps. The AVG antivirus will not come up and has this message:
The procedure entry point AvgEditPupExceptions could not be located in the dynamic link library AvgTMgr.dll

Can anyone please help me figure out what is wrong and what to do??? Thanks so much in advance for any advice or help you can offer.

New thing: I am now getting this error message and it is causing me to have to close and reopen internet explorer.
