I've got this Keylog-Briss virus in my system volume information folder. Maybe I'm wrong, but doesn't that folder pertain to my restore points and whatnot? If so, I'm pretty sure that McAfee can't scan that folder because of access rights. So how do I get in there and get it out?

Turn off system restore by following instructions here

That will purge the restore folder and clear any malware that has been put in there. Then reboot & then re-enable sytem restore & create a new restore point.
