Virus can't be removed

I have last tried to download a game, but it appeared that it was a virus. So I removed it with Kaspersky security, and I shut down my laptop because I was finished. But the next day Kaspersky warned for a virus again, and it was the same one. The weird thing is, that it's on the F drive, while there is no DVD inserted. And Kaspersky can't remove it because it is a read-only file. I tried removing it with CMD, but CMD looks like it can only acces the C drive, and I also tried accesing the properties to uncheck read-only. But then I am prompted to give administration acces, and when I do that there's an error saying that I don't have permission. What do I do now????
