During real time scan my antivirus found a virus named SPYW_ISPY.A located in C:\System Volume Information\_restore{9FB7841B-F905-4671-992F-3C2AECB0BE6F}\RP340\A0064043.dll an it cannot clean it. The result it gives me is :Access Denied. Help what can I do?

That virus is in the System Restore files, so you would have to disable and then re-enable system restore, this would clear out all of your files in your System Restore folder, which would also mean that you loose any past system restore points that you created.

If you have Windows XP...

If you have Windows ME

Just don't forget to go back and enable system restore again.
