Hi, new guy here - I have a ViewSonic VX2753MH-LED 27" monitor that does not have VESA mounting holes so I purchased an adapter so I can mount it on a vertical dual monitor stand. I need to remove the stand completely to install the adapter. I am usually quite good at figuring these things out but this one has me baffled. I searched you tube and everywhere I could think of to find instructions on how it is removed but no luck. There are 3 screws behind the stand but pretty well impossible to get at without a specialized tool. Maybe that is what I need.

Has anyone ever removed one on this monitor and can explain it to me. It is probably some simple thing that I am just overlooking.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the info but shortly after I sent the post I figured it out. I thought where the stand was going in the garbage I would try to bend it to maybe access the screws easier. As I pushed it from the book stand position out it jumped from a stop position and went 90 degrees to the back of the monitor making it very easy to access the screws and remove them.

As I figured it was some simple thing that I was missing.
