I was reading the specs of the video card All-In-Wonder X1900.Among other features it
claims Listen to Stereo FM on your computer.

My question :

what does a video card have to do with listening to Stereo FM ?
Is that not a function for a sound card ? I am confused.

An All-In-Wonder card is a combination video card and TV card (all-in-one, clever huh). TV cards are used to watch TV on your PC and since they have a TV receiver, it's pretty easy to throw in an FM receiver, so many TV cards can also get FM radio. They work better if you hook up a small FM antenna to it.
