Video and sound not lining up

Hey guys. I'm having a problem with a recent video that I downloaded from Kazaa. The sound and the picture are a cuple of seconds out of synch. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks

First of all, get rid of Kazaa and get Kazaa lite:

Next, download the K-lite Codec Pack on the same site.
