i recently reformated my hard drive.i have the drivers for my monitor and for my video card but this time things didnt work out as before.i have a video card sis 6326 and have tried several different drivers but nothing works..the real problem is all the pics i view on line using ie6..or anyother browser are fuzzy except for netscape.netscape has the option to set the display resolution which allows the pics i view to come in clear..what can i do to correct this

You only have problems viewing online pics? If you were to open MS Paint ( or other pic editor ) pics show up nice and clear?
