Vexira Rescue Disk Set

Hello:

I was wondering if anyone has or is using the Vexira Rescue Disk set? If so, have you had any difficulty updating the rescue disk set with the latest virus definitions? I have tried to copy the vdf.aa and vdf.ab files to a floppy disk. Then I selected the update option within the program. The program searches the floppy but cannot find the update files that are on the disk. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Petlydecker:

I have used the Vexira RDS many times since I discovered it late last year. It's a very useful tool when it works properly.

I've encountered the problem you posted here. Try redownloading the updated .vdf file and split it with the latest version of the Rescue Disk (re-download the ISO, burn it, then use the utility on the new cd to split the .vdf file)
