Hi,

I am struggling to do anything with my laptop, it doesnt matter which web provider i am using, wether i am trying to connect my phone to itunes or view data from usb.

In general, the laptop was running absoloutely fine, but has started to run extremely slow, takes forever to switch on and turn off, even loading webpages,

Each time i try to connect to itunes i can an error code. And i cant even plug into usb and just view my pics from iphone.

Ive run the Sysingo for tech specs,

Hope you can assist me to sort.

Many Thanks in advance

One reason why your Fujitsu laptop is running slow is because it has a weak processor and only 2 GB of RAM.
Another reason why it's running slow is because Norton Internet Security is installed.
I'm also guessing it has too many running processes and hasn't been properly maintained.

What's the exact model name and model number of that Fujitsu laptop?

Thank you!

Are you able to advise if it can be fixed or will it need replacing?

The Fujitsu Lifebook AH530 is the model laptop I suspected you have, so thanks for confirming that.

The best way to breathe new life into your laptop is to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit.
If you have the knowledge and ability to do that, THIS install and update guide will be very helpful to you.

If you have any personal data(documents, photos, music, videos, etc.) that you don't want to lose, you should back it up to some reliable external media before you start.
That actually should be done on a regular basis. ;)
