Very Budget PC Dilemma

So obviously there is a shortage in GPUs, and I got this pretty fair deal yesterday about a used PC (used for about a year now) and I am currently in a really slim budget and I need some help with this one because I don't really know much about PCs, just that RX 570 is still pretty decent.

The 1 year old PC has RX 570 4gb and the CPU is AMD FX8320E, RAM is 8gb.

I'll mainly use the PC for playing FPS games and although I only currently play Valorant (which is not much demanding, system-wise), I also want to explore more such as Fortnite, PUBG and if it's fitting enough, COD and Apex. Is the build good enough that it can run these FPS games on at least medium setting and at 60fps? My main concern is the CPU and the RAM.

Thanks!

That Cpu is almost 10 years old ! Do you know what motherboard is in that PC ? If you tell us the price we can advise you if it's a good buy or not.

GIGABYTE 970 GAMING (AM3+)
AMD FX8320E PROCESSOR
RADEON MSI GAMING RX570 4GB

I was planning to swap the mobo with gigabyte B450M DS3H that I bought last week.
It's priced for about 292 dollars (converted from PHP)
I don't think that AMD FX8320E will work with a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard, I checked at the boards support site (link below) and it's not on the supported Cpu list :-

oh yeah I forgot to mention I'm also changing the cpu, do you have suggestions on a low budget but a good one that can fit my needs? and also, is the price of the pc a good deal?

(P.S. thank you so much for responding :))
The Ryzen 2600 is a good budget Cpu.

That Gigabyte motherboard needs DDR4 ram and I suspect the ram in that PC is DDR3.
If so you will only be getting a Gpu you can still use so I think you should get new parts instead if you can.

I don't know the prices of PC parts where you are (the Philippines ?) so you will have to decide if it's worth getting that PC just for the GPU.
You are basically paying $292 for the video card. The rest of the system is pretty much worthless.

It is more like a 10yr old PC with a 4yr old video card.

It may not be all that bad of a deal since the current cost of that card [new] is $500 or so on the egg. Up to you; just understand that you are paying for the video card and the rest of the system is not worth much. You might be able to use the parts to build a NAS or file server for your home.

Before paying anything, make sure you see this system run.
