A couple of Google searches indicate the error is cause by bad Themes or by shellstyle.dll missing or bad. While Microsoft doesn't have a KB article specific to your error, they do have a similar one for " Value Creation Failed " At Line 410 " which fixes the same problem. Might be worth a look. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823768
I found some free dll files here http://www.dlldump.com/.I replaced it and it works fine now Thanx
