Hi There,
I recently installed a 20Gb IDED H/D from my previous computer in this new one. I then installed the O/S (XP Home SP2) on my Sata 300.Disk management says this is my boot and the 20Gb is System. Why is this? I have since installed a third H/D 30Gb IDE so that I could move all data from the 20 in order to use it for the O/S. Do I need to reformat it? Can I drag the O/S from the Sata or must I do a clean install?
