I am trying to copy pages from an internet site that allows you to do this, but when I try to put my copied items into my word, only the words show - it just leaves spaces where the graphics should be. I am suing Microsoft Office for word 97.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to get the graphics please? thanks

couldn'y you just copy the graphics seperately,? alternateively make sure the graphice are selected when you copy, paste.

the graphics are selected when I highlight/copy but when I paste, they dont show up

In your browser go to file > save as HTML and save it from a local copy. Open it in Word and then save it as a .doc file.

when using 'save as ', html - create a new folder so the images are all together

alternatively - as you are just pasting into word, you can 'save as' .mht file and not worry about all the big and little images being where they belong

...and then open the html or mht file from word and save as a .doc as Rockn said
