Using a Sync cord to transfer images

I don't think anyone here can help you without knowing the manufacturers and full model numbers of the phone, photo viewer, and the sync cord.

Unless your sync cord is specifically made for transferring photos from the phone to the key chain viewer, I suspect you will need to use a computer connected to both the phone and photo viewer to do any kind of photo transfer.

What is the brand and model of the digital photo viewer keychain? Most of these are old and not recognized by newer versions of Windows.

It is phone to computer then computer to keychain as Chuck stated.
