User Profile is inaccessable

This morning i booted up my computer and only one of my profile's were shown. That one profile works fine, however all my files are within my first profile. Within she start menu on the working profile the lost profile is shown but once clicked it it takes me back to the login screen for the working profile. PLEASE HELP
