FOr as long as I've had this computer my usb ports haven't been working, and I just now decided to try to do something about it.
When I plug in a device, nothing happens, it doesn't detect it, no baloon pops up, nothing although when I plug in my ipod it turns on, but doesn't charge.

In the device manager I have
intel(r) 82801fb/fbm usb universal host controller 2658
intel(r) 82801fb/fbm usb universal host controller 2659
intel(r) 82801fb/fbm usb universal host controller 265A
intel(r) 82801fb/fbm usb universal host controller 265B
intel(r) 82801fb/fbm usb2 universal host controller 265C

All of these have the yellow exclamation point, and none of my usb ports work.

I've searched google but couldn't find anything relevant, and I searched on thsi forum, looked through a few pages of results but wasn't gonna be here all night sifting through threads.

Sorry if this question has been asked many times already, but my relatives are starting to get on my case about them not being to use the printer or webcam or their digital cams.

You need to first install the motherboard drivers, that's likely the cause of the problem. If that doesn't do it, try uninstalling ALL the devices under USB Controllers and rebooting to let Windows install them again.
