USB Dongle for Anti-Piracy ?

I have created an application in Microsoft Access and have since noticed that their are virtually no anti-piracy solutions that I can use to protect the database once it is distributed. It is because of this that I want to consider offering USB-Dongles with the database when it is sold, this would be a requirement for the database to run. Will USB Anti-Piracy-Dongle-Hardware be compatible with my database ? If not is their any other application I can use to protect the database ?
